Reporting to: Director

Role Summary

Our client is looking for an ambitious charismatic driven and experienced individual to take over a highly engaging interactive and managerial role. As the General Manager you will lead showroom operations develop transforming business processes and build a strong team to drive some of the industry s strongest customer satisfaction and car sales KPIs.

You will be responsible for leading teams including Sales & Marketing HR & Administration Procurement & Logistics Showroom Management and Workshop Service Center.

You will be responsible for implementing individual team KPIs and fostering a strong customer centric work culture within the organization and implementing best practices towards organizational objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate relationships with financial institutions corporate clients and business partners.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of company operations teams and processes.
  • Oversee day to day showroom operations.
  • Overlook all teams including Sales & Marketing HR & Administration Procurement & Logistics Showroom Floor Management and Workshop Service Center
  • Build business relationships (B2B and B2C) Identify growth and diversification opportunities.
  • Establish and enable strong team structures and processes.
  • Build strong customer relationships and brand affinity.
  • Study weekly customer flow documents and identify conversion opportunities.
  • Provide management with product and marketing strategies customer sales optimization recommendations.
  • Provide management with routine operations status reports.
  • Product pricing analysis and competitor analysis.
  • Develop KPIs for all departments and hold department leads and teams to targets.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master s degree in Business Management Sales
  • 810 year work experience in a management position. MNC experience is strongly preferred. Working with international teams is strongly preferred.
  • Experience scaling startups.
  • Strong public speaking skills networking capabilities and public facing persona.
  • Strong management planning and strategy experience with proven ability to take projects from idea to execution.
  • Demonstrated skills in leading teams
  • Experience developing company policies and procedures
