What You Will Be Doing:
Managing end-to-end employee hire to retire lifecycle for permanent & contractual workforce from process and employee experience
Own the employee Onboarding/BGV/new hire orientation process
Managing Time off & Absence for India employees
Managing multiple employee databases and HRIS
Managing employee s queries received via emails & ticketing system
Managing payroll inputs as per the payroll calendar and ensuring data accuracy
Managing exit process from system as well as from full and final settlement
Vendor management
Managing non payroll related compliance
What You Will Need for this Position
Bachelor s / Master s degree
Overall 10+ years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR generalist environment with a rapidly growing
