Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated GameRelease Specialist to strengthen our Casino Engine business unit in Bucharest. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with EveryMatrixs gaming platforms existing Vendors while also overseeing the onboarding process when a new contract is signed.

As part of the vendorfacing team you will be expected to gain an understanding of clients gaming needs in terms of casino content and to be able to produce solutions for operational and marketing challenges that come up.

We provide casino sports betting platform and payments and affiliate management to 220 customers worldwide. The company is profitable has over EUR 100m in annual net revenues and has around 850 employees in offices across eleven countries in Europe Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founderowned private company.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with our Casino Vendors
  • Negotiating the commercial terms with new and existing vendors
  • Keep up to date regarding key markets product features etc. to be able to make the most of our partnership
  • Meeting and identifying potential new gaming vendors
  • Keep the product manager posted with vendors new features/releases
  • Continuously update the CRM with key commercial information
  • You will also be working closely together with other members of the sales marketing finance and support teams
  • Reviewing and analyzing reporting data to identify key usage trends
  • To generate ideas on the development of the casino product while also providing feedback for assisting in the continuous development of the service
  • Working closely with the Legal and Compliance Team to meet the jurisdictions requirements
  • Maximizing gaming vendors revenue and traffic across clients websites through operational guidance
  • Gathering and sending details to clients on the new product releases on a monthly basis via newsletter

Nice to have

  • At least 1year experience in a B2B/B2C iGaming environment
  • Experience with software implementation projects would be an advantage
  • Experience in databased performance analysis reporting and statistics
  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle and software release management
  • Minimal marketing activities exposure is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Genuine curiosity about gaming and a good understanding of the online industry
  • Experience in the IT/Telecoms or similar technical fields is a plus
  • Experience with vendors and providers
