Role: Game Analyst

Summary:
The Game Analyst will drive datadriven enhancements in user engagement growth and monetization for our gaming products. Collaborating with product leaders and game makers they apply statistical methods to predict retention patterns and enhance gameplay. Responsibilities include reviewing retention programs staying updated on industry trends and providing creative suggestions to boost retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the central Analytics team under the guidance of senior analysts
  contributing to analyses across various gaming aspects like Acquisition Engagement and Monetization.
• Collaborate with senior management and the leadership team offering insights and assistance in strategic planning processes.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative in tackling complex challenges utilizing foundational problemsolving techniques.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of executive dashboards aiding in opportunity identification and strategic contributions.
• Participate in detailed analyses of critical business areas and assist in refining the analytics infrastructure gaining exposure to advanced data science skills and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 24 years in Analytics and relevant fields
• 2 years of exposure in F2P games is a must.
• Should be proficient with SQL and visualisation tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker.
• Candidates with past projects in data science/completed courses on advanced analytics techniques(Like statistics/ML/python etc.) are preferred
