Your missions

As Fund Assistant you will :

  • Compile and document the onboarding procedures for clients (fund managers) and funds.
  • Gather KYC (Know Your Customer) documents and conduct regular reviews of clients.
  • Aid in maintaining the legal compliance of client entities through corporate governance tasks including monitoring plans terms and deadlines.
  • Support in the legalization of corporate documents and power of attorney.
  • Provide assistance to depositary officers and the compliance officer in their respective tasks.
  • Coordinate ISAE audits and ensure smooth organization coordination and documentation of meetings.
  • Manage the registration and upkeep of client data within our administration system.

    Your ideal profile

    • Possession of a university degree in business legal studies or a related field.
    • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience such as in a notary or law firm trust office financial service provider or investment company.
    • Previous experience with KYC/AML/CDD protocols.
    • Advantageous to have prior experience with depositary services fund management and investment management.
    • Specific knowledge of regulations such as Wwft Sanction Act AIFMD corporate law and Wft is beneficial.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications database management and CRM systems.
    • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills capable of effective communication with high energy motivation tenacity agility and proactive work approach.
    • Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail coupled with curiosity and a drive to investigate and find solutions.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English.
