This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack/Front End Developer to lead our team of developers and oversee the development of our web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and deploying MVPs (front and back end cloud first) and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fullstack development and experience in team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to design and develop highquality web applications using the latest technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards.
- Participate in code reviews design reviews and architecture discussions to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to help them grow in their roles and careers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure that the team adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Continuously explore new technologies and stay uptodate with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
- 35 years of startup experience with successful product launches.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in full stack web development with a focus on frontend development using HTML CSS and JavaScript and backend development using Node.js Python or Java.
- Strong understanding of web development concepts and technologies including RESTful APIs MVC architecture microservices Kubernetes Snowflake and cloud database architecture.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
- Experience with cPanel WHS Laravel Redis Postman and Git.
- Experience leading and managing teams of developers including setting goals coaching and providing feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

3-5 years of start-up experience with successful product launches.
