What you will do

• Design develop and maintain our platform using Python and Django ensuring high performance quality and responsiveness.
  

• Work with Tailwind CSS to create intuitive efficient and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  

• Deploy and manage our applications on cloud platforms such as Heroku and AWS ensuring scalability security and reliability.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
  

• Participate in the full software development life cycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.
  

• Implement security and data protection solutions.
  

Must haves

• 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python and Django.
  

• Proven expertise in fullstack development including frontend and backend technologies.
  

• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and a keen eye for UI/UX design.
  

• Proficient in database management and optimization with Postgres.
  

• Extensive experience in deploying and managing applications on Heroku.
  

• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with AWS services to supplement Heroku addons as needed.
  

• Experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
  

• Experience building online learning platforms twosided marketplaces consumer mobile applications and/or hiring platforms.
  

• A passion for helping skilled tradespeople find good paying jobs.
