Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining web applications and platforms that support our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes to ensure a consistent and responsive design across various devices and screen sizes.
  
• Implement user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design elements.
  
• Optimize websites for performance and crossbrowser compatibility.
  
• Build and maintain serverside logic and database systems.
  
• Develop APIs for data retrieval and integration with thirdparty services.
  
• Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and user information.
  
• Design and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  
• Optimize database performance and query efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to integrate thirdparty tools and platforms.
  
• Create interactive features such as forms chatbots and social media integrations.
  
• Ensure seamless data flow between different systems.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code databases and systems.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams.
  
• Implement version control and manage code repositories.
  
• Collaborate with designers content creators and marketing specialists to align development with marketing strategies.
  
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to nontechnical team members.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  
• Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript PHP Python and databases (e.g. SQL NoSQL).
  
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g. React Angular Django Ruby on Rails).
  
• Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
  
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and DevOps tools is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
