Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Fulfillment Manager
  • Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Generate packing lists and shipping labels for outgoing orders
  • Verify product availability and coordinate with the Fulfillment Team and Manager to fulfill orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel; and communicate with your Fulfillment Manager when inventory is low or when packaging supplies and/or equipment need replacement
  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment Team, to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service Team to coordinate order fulfillment
  • Must keep your station clean!
  • Load and unload inventory and/or packages for delivery
  • Occasionally delivering the mail to the post office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • IN-PERSON POSITION!!!- NO REMOTE WORK


Requirements

Requirements and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Analytics is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft and Google Office Suites; Must be PROFICENT with Excel
  • Great collaboration- we need a team player!
  • Good Computer Skills- Nice to have
  • Great accuracy- Make little to no mistakes while fulfilling a customer order(s)
  • Must be able to carry at least 25 pounds
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a quick pace warehouse environment
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Notes. Along with other software programs that monitor the items: posts, SKU, title, and price Must be a detail-oriented self-starter, who is able to quickly learn the basics of Ecommerce Ability to complete all assignments in an efficient and timely manner, in order to meet departmental quotas. Must be responsible, reliable, and organized. Must have excellent writing skills Ability to work independently Three years experience in Google Ads
