Our client is one of the biggest IT outsourcing companies who is searching for qualified talent to join their firm:
- Seek to build out a great team
- Make your team happy and successful
- Improve processes to make your team more effective
- Plan and execute long term strategies that benefit the team and the product stage
- Conduct code reviews, and make technical contributions to product architecture
- Get involved in solving bugs and delivering small features
- Foster technical decision-making on the team, and make final decisions when necessary
- Discern engineering metrics and seek to improve them
- Review source code, detailed designs, architecture design documents
- If needed, support presale R&D, estimate, pilot, etc.
- Conduct relevant competency-based training and seminars.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- At least 5+ years of front-end experience.
- Practical experience with one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in people management and technical development.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical lead (architect) or consultant roles.
- Excellent English skills.
