Frontend Developer Angular

About the role:

As a Frontend Developer you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our existing Angularbased applications. This position is ideal for developers who have a strong foundation in frontend development and are eager to expand their skills in Angular. While proficiency in Angular is not a prerequisite a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our applications optimizing performance and implementing new features to meet evolving user needs.

What youll do:

• Focus on improving the functionality and performance of our existing Angular applications. Address bugs optimize for speed and scalability and implement new features as required
• Work with the development team to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions that enhance user experience and application efficiency
• Ensure that the codebase remains clean wellorganized and adheres to industry best practices
• Continuously improve the application based on user feedback and analytics ensuring a seamless and effective user experience
• Take advantage of inhouse resources to learn Angular and stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team discussions and decisions leveraging your experience in professional development
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning standups and retrospectives

What we expect from you:

• Professional experience in frontend development with a focus on delivering highquality user experiences
• Openness to learning Angular inhouse; prior experience is a bonus but not mandatory
• Proficient in HTML CSS and JavaScript with a deep understanding of web standards and best practices
• Skilled in creating responsive designs and understanding of crossbrowser compatibility issues
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to write comprehensive tests and proficient in debugging complex issues
• Strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Any prior experience with Angular or similar frameworks (e.g. React Vue.js) is a plus.
• Understanding of backend technologies and frameworks especially in relation to how they interact with frontend applications. Specifically knowledge of NestJS is a big plus.
• A good eye for design and user experience able to make suggestions for UI/UX improvements.
• Previous work in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices.
