As a Freelancer US Healthcare Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for our healthcare clients. You will be responsible for the endtoend recruitment process ensuring that healthcare professionals are placed in positions that suit their skills and career goals ultimately contributing to the delivery of highquality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting fullcycle recruitment for healthcare professionals including nurses physicians allied health professionals and administrative staff
- Utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Managing offer negotiations and facilitating the hiring process
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare industry regulations and standards
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools effectively
- Developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and fostering candidate loyalty
- Staying updated with industry trends salary benchmarks and best recruitment practices
- Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter in a fastpaced environment
- Indepth knowledge of the US healthcare industry and its specific staffing needs
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations compliance standards and credentialing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
