Background through his team of territory managers. Managing all the existing
franchisee across his region and ensure the Business Development of all the
existing franchisee. Appoint & manage his team of Territory Manager ensure all
territory managers and trained with all the products and offering of MOSL.

2. Ensuring the alignment of all operations activities to the commodities
business plan
3. Constant improvement of operations processes
4. Supporting team staffing activities (recruitment)
5. People Management own team

7. Reporting as per predefined timelines
Role Requirements
o Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA Marketing
NCFM all modules
o Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of broking Capital Markets Banking
o IT Skills: Knowledge of MS Office Internet etc.
