Franchise Manager

Requirements

Monitor the progress of stores.

Audit and evaluate stores and provide feedback.

Ensure proper standards are maintained Conduct regular environmental scans of competitor activities (price product layouts and promotions) and external socioeconomic factors so that appropriate changes/action can be taken where applicable.

Ensure that the regions areas and stores are informed on appropriate product/menu mix based on its specific customer profiles and customer trends.

Analyse the business and provide suggestions for improvements to ensure profitability.

Collaborate with the Project team in recommending new store locations to ensure a footprint expansion.

Ensure that stores comply with Local Store Marketing Initiatives.

Training of staff on standard operating procedures.

Project management experience will be beneficial.

Assistance with the opening of new stores.

Provide Guidance to stores relating to thirdparty delivery.

Benefits

Duration: Permanent with a three month probation

Salary: 25 000(CTC) depending on experience and previous salary.

Candidate will need to have their reliable vehicle and must be prepared to travel long distances

Candidate should have QSR experience in a similar role
