We are now looking for an ambitious FP&A Manager (m/f/d) to support our Commercial Finance function. This role can be based in Paris or Berlin.

About The Job

We, at CoachHub, are highly data-led in our decision-making and nobody at CoachHub is more passionate about numbers than our Finance team.

As a Commercial FP&A , you will report to the Director of Commercial Finance & Support functions. Your day-to-day job will be helping our Support functions business leaders make sound financial decisions. You will understand our customers and business drivers deeply, enabling you to contribute to shaping our revenue growth and strategy.

In Finance, we see both the forest and the trees, meaning that you too need to be obsessed with detail while understanding the bigger picture and putting the detail into the greater context. You are a commercially-minded, business driven person, not afraid of wearing the analytics and strategy hats at the same time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Commercial Strategy, Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting

  • You are a key partner for Executive Leaders of Support Functions and contribute to achieving their business targets and strategic objectives.
  • You have a deep understanding of Opex including headcount expense management.
  • You have a good understanding of commercial challenges such as sales targets, pricing and business development.
  • You strive in data modelling, creating Budgets and Forecasts.
  • Your contribution to performance monitoring will be key in operationalizing company objectives.
  • You go behind the numbers and excel at providing impactful analysis to drive decision making.
  • Your creativity will be a key success factor as we are building every day !

Financial Process Improvements

  • Manage financial models, including the budget and business plan, and determine the appropriate processes, methodologies and modelling techniques to produce high quality forecasts
  • Collaborate with BI teams to drive impactful data visualization reports.
  • Support initiatives targeted at financial processes improvement and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the company s objectives

Our requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of related experience in FP&A Topics. You are experienced with managing Opex and Top line, previous exp Finance, management consultancy, or Field FP&A role.
  • You have great communication skills and good written & oral presentation skills
  • You have actively participated in major cross-departmental projects and proactively driven implementations
  • You have a stellar track record of working collaboratively and successfully in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment, bonus if you have worked in fast-paced/scale-up organisations.
  • You have an advanced level in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, tables and graph production), MS Powerpoint or Google Suite (gsheets, gdocs, gslides)
  • Knowledge in financial planning software (Anaplan, Workday Adaptive,...), BI-Tools (Looker,...), CRM systems such as Salesforce are a plus
  • You are fluent in English. German or French proficiency is a plus.
