Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining highquality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Role:
- Lead and manage the food and beverage team providing guidance and training.
- Schedule shifts and tasks for staff to ensure smooth operations.
2.Service Excellence:
- Maintain highquality standards for service delivery.
- Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor service and food quality taking corrective actions when necessary.
3.Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/bar including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.
4.Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless service.
5.Financial Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting and achieving sales targets and budget goals.
- Monitor expenses and control costs without compromising quality.
Additional Information:
This position may require working flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays based on business needs.
