Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the daytoday operations of the F&B department ensuring smooth service delivery.
Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverage preparation and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining a positive dining experience.
Train and supervise staff in delivering excellent customer service.
Assist in recruiting training and managing F&B staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to meet operational requirements.
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
Assist in cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
Assist in budget preparation and adherence tracking expenses and revenue.
Contribute to the development of strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Coordinate and manage events within the F&B department ensuring successful execution.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events and promotions.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in F&B operations with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience at Airport Operations will be preferable.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Indepth knowledge of F&B industry trends customer preferences and market demands.
Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficient in pointofsale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
