Food Beverage Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests in the restaurant and bar ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  
• Order Taking: Assist in taking food and beverage orders providing menu recommendations and ensuring accurate delivery of orders to guests.
  
• Table Setting: Set up tables and maintain a clean and organised dining area.
  
• Assist in Bar Operations: Support the bar staff in preparing and serving beverages including taking orders and handling payments.
  
• Adaptability: Be flexible to work evenings and weekends as part of the regular schedule ensuring coverage during peak hours.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff servers and other team members to provide a seamless dining experience.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role.
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a 5day work week.
  
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  
• Adaptability to a fastpaced environment.
  
• Eligible to work in Ireland without a visa permit requirement.
