Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality presentation and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Recruit train and lead a team of kitchen and frontofhouse staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork communication and excellence in customer service.

Stock Management: Oversee the GP% for the caf Stock control and ordering with a eye on keeping wastage to a minimum.

Customer Satisfaction: Proactively engage with customers gather feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly. Strive to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards food handling regulations and licensing requirements.

What are we looking for

• At least of 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.

• A Proven ability to lead and motivate a team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Strong creative and organisational skills with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.

• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

• Must hold at least a level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 Preferable)
