Mid-size, AV-rated, civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced bodily injury liability defense attorney to work a flexible, hybrid schedule for its Philadelphia office. Established for 40 years with 8 offices total. Great opportunity to advance your career with a partnership track including equity as a shareholder for attorneys interested in growth. The position will include examination of claims, preparation coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings, responding to discovery and overseeing document production, preparing for and conducting depostitions and reporting to institutional clients.
Requirements
- Active PA bar in good standing
- 2-5 years of litigation experience.
- Experience regarding insurance coverage litigation is preferred
- New Jersey Bar Membership is not required, but is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills
