Mid-size, AV-rated, civil litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to work a flexible, hybrid schedule for its Tampa Established for 40 years with 8 offices Great opportunity to advance your career with a partnership track including equity as a shareholder for attorneys interested in Firm values work life balance with low billables and an Events Committee planning leadership events throughout the year as well as a Diversity Committee bringing in guest There are also optional monthly womens meetings with complimentary lunch and mentorship programs for anyone ;
The successful candidate will work on cases and claims involving first-party property and sophisticated insurance coverage
Requirements
- 1-5 years of civil litigation experience (defense)
- Prior insurance coverage experience (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent writing and analytical abilities
- Excellent academic credentials
