Financial Services Associate - Insurance Sales

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and solicit potential clients for insurance products and financial services.
• Educate clients on various insurance options including life health property and casualty insurance.
• Analyze clients financial situations and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Promote and sell insurance policies and other financial products to meet clients needs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
• Assist clients in claims processes and provide support during policy renewals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare and present financial planning proposals to clients.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of insurance products industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in networking events and community outreach activities to expand the client base.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field.
• Experience in insurance sales (e.g. Life and Health Insurance License).
• Proven experience in insurance sales and financial services preferably in a customerfacing role.
• Strong understanding of insurance products investment options and financial planning.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customerfocused approach.
• Ability to assess clients financial needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the finance and insurance industry.
