- Responsibility for the application of the financial system at the university and the instructions issued pursuant thereto.
- Supervising all financial activities related to revenues, expenses, fixed assets, salaries, etc., and planning, directing and following up on the work of his subordinates, and coordinating between them regarding the effective implementation of financial affairs.
- Participate in preparing the university’s annual budget and submit it for approval by the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs and the President of the University, and prepare the annual budget for the Department of Finance.
