Role Summary:

Assist our Financial Analyst in analysing and organizing market data providing logical explanations for data trends.

Thoroughly review financial contracts ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Efficiently manage and organize data within our digital platforms.

Support the Finance Analyst and team with various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


Analyse re organize and identify inconsistencies or anomalies in financial data using Excel.

Diligently review contracts for completeness including verifying signatures.

Enter and organize invoices and agreements in Excel.

Apply logic and creativity in supporting the team across various business areas.


Candidate Profile:


Exceptional Excel skills for data manipulation and organization.

Capable of managing multiple projects and working under pressure.

Proactive in resolving internal challenges with a solutionoriented mindset.

High attention to detail and quality.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Competent in supporting the team in diverse business functions with robust administrative and information management skills.

A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree or a diploma in accounting, or a related field may be advantageous. Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous. Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills. Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Computer literacy, data capture, IT skills, and typing skills. Use of MS Office as well as ability to quickly learn how to use online/cloud based systems and tools. Strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients and customers. Clear communication Well-spoken and professional. Should be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues that may present themselves.
