Financial Analyst - Private Equity

Job Title: Financial Analyst Private Equity (Latam)
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Working Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Role Overview:

Join our prestigious private equity firm and contribute to highstakes financial projects as our new Financial Analyst. This position demands expertise in financial modeling including LBO and cash flow analyses along with an adept understanding of supply chain operations. We are seeking a proactive extroverted individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and communicates effectively in English.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute LBO (Leveraged Buyout) models to evaluate the financial viability and strategic fit of potential investments.
• Develop comprehensive 13week cash flow forecasts to assist in shortterm financial planning and liquidity management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance financial efficiency and supply chain effectiveness.
• Present complex financial information in a manner that is easily understandable to stakeholders including nonfinance professionals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in financial modeling software such as NetSuite IBM Planning Analytics or similar.
• Demonstrable experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Strong background in finance or accounting; CFA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field.
• At least 35 years of relevant experience in financial analysis preferably in a private equity context.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and financial implications.
• Extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
