Financial Analyst

CapsLock is looking to hire a professional and experienced Financial Analyst with solid analytical and data visualization skills to work with the Company financial and investments data.

Youll be able to suggest and provide the best practices in report building cashflow process and budget planning strategies within the multiple locations. We have a great Financial team with a strong background to share knowledge and increase your skill set.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in an International company.
• Bachelor s degree preferably with a major in finance economics or statistics.
• Proven proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel GSheets) databases.
• Ability to work with data visualization tools (Looker Power BI etc.).
• Understanding of IFRS.
• Excellent reporting presenting and communication skills.
• Analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills.
• At least Upperintermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting

• Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company.
• Present semiannual budgets to senior managers.
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
• Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures.

Investment reporting

• Develop and perform tracking of investments for different types of asset classes.
• Produce and deliver monthly investment reports using multiple sources of information (bank statements brokerage statements PE/VC reports etc.).
• Present monthly investment results.

Management reporting

• Plan create and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights supporting business decisions.
• Communicate results to managers.

Cash forecasting

• Develop and maintain an endtoend cash flow model which involves creating cash flow forecasts.
• Communicate with the Manager on cash management strategy.
