The Sales Administrator manages onsite and offsite contract work flows and contract administration to ensure legal document ; This position also provides customer service and communicates with lawyers during project
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle contract-related project inquiries by email and
Audit incoming contract deals, including follow-up and communication with Developers to provide reports and inventory
Create courtesy & closing letters and distribute by mail and ;
Follow up with Lawyer, Homeowners, and Developers to gather closing info and
Document & flag problematic units coordinate between Developer &
Assist Conveyancer with communication between Lawyers &
Handle home warranty & building property management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work & time management
Customer service skills
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of legal documents and procedures, including contract and amendment best practices and closing procedures
Proficiency in Lasso or similar CRM
Ability to make decisions quickly
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure in an ever-changing working environment
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
1+ years in real estate
2+ years customer service experience
2 to 3 years office work experience
Work experience as a sales coordinator
