Job Summary
To support the Finance Director in managing the finance function for the business this will be achieved by directing supervising and coordinating team activity within the financial function Provide constant support to the business in preparation of budgets forecasts perform meaningful analysis of financials and assist operations in defining meaning KPIs for monitoring and improving performance and supporting business growth initiatives
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders for supporting the achievement of financial business performance
- Monitor and interpret financial performance providing regular analysis and expert guidance to VP/Presidents offering insight and recommendations to enhance business performance
- Lead the annual budgeting & forecasting exercise by integrating with key business stakeholders across functions
- Ensure that business plan and monthly reviews are submitted for corporate management review on a timely basis
- Play an important role in addressing major strategic issues that have a longterm impact through efficient budgeting & forecasting mechanisms
- Carryout detailed revenue enhancing analysis
- Manage key relationships within business heads and provide adhoc analysis at short notice
- Support Business Expansion plans across MEA
- Review capital expenditure models prepared by the team and FE function and manage administrative process of seeking internal approvals etc
- Lead coach and develop team
- Ensure that the monthly reporting is done on time
- Review of monthly business KPIs
- Adhoc Analytical Reports as required by Management
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Finance
Professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBAFinance
years of postqualification professional experience within finance with at least year as a Finance Manager in a multinational environment
Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts coupled with excellent financial analytical capability
Strong oral written and presentation skills with the gravitas and presence to interact effectively with VP level stakeholders
Ability to manage delivery of department through the staff in a timely fashion
Strong talent development skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor diverse talent
Ability to influence and articulate point of view
Exposed to ERP (SAP) and business intelligence systems
