We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team!
Pay is based on commission but will be $70k $100k a year
Must be proficient with Microsoft programs
give the final approval for loans
Work with sales
Have to have 35 years of experience in finance or accounting
Bachelors Required
Strong experience in accrual accounting general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
Proficient in regulatory reporting requirements
Sound understanding of business development strategies and financial analysis techniques
Solid background in financial accounting and reporting
Technical accounting expertise is highly desirable
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
8:00am 5:00pm Mon Friday but will work occasional Saturdays
