Position: Finance Manager

Job Overview:

As the Finance Manager you will play a crucial role in the financial management of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the companys financial goals are met and that all financial operations are in line with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans in collaboration with the executive team

Manage the companys budgeting and forecasting processes including creating financial models and analyzing financial data

Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the executive team

Prepare financial reports and present them to the executive team and board of directors

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws

Oversee the companys accounting and bookkeeping processes including managing accounts payable and receivable payroll and tax filings

Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions vendors and clients

Manage the companys cash flow and investments

Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters

Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role

Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Proven experience in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting

Experience with financial software and tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Detailoriented and highly organized.
