Finance Manager

Location: RoissyenFrance (close to ParisCharles de Gaulle Airport)

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Work with local authorities understanding what are their expected times (when requesting information when filing for VAT recovery when requesting authorization or an approval);

Be able to represent autonomous the company in financial audits and tax audits;

Coordinate locally the collection of primary information needed for the preparation of the companys business plan and to create the business plan with support from the CFO Group.

Perform monthly Actual vs. Budget analysis to identify deviations explain the reasons of the deviations and to report the decided actions;

Be curious to permanently look for funding programs subsides EU funds changes in laws that could become an opportunity (or a threat) for the company;

Actively seek and promote cost optimizations and waste reduction;

Perform other regular and adhoc analyses/reports.

Requirements

Fluent both in French and English (oral and written);

Understand very well the current business environment;

MidLevel (25 years) to SeniorLevel (> 5 years) experience in similar roles;

Knowledge of economic theory and computer skills;

Hardworking ambitious and integritydriven personality;

Strong accounting skills risk management abilities and financial analysis skills;

Excellent analytical quantitative skills and critical thinking;

Excellent problemsolving abilities attention to detail and research skills;

Strong communication time management and technology skills;
