We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our dynamic tech company specializing in
ecommerce and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in finance
management within the tech industry with a strong background in ecommerce inventory
management digital wallets and financial strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with an
analytical mind capable of driving financial planning and management to support our companys
growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the companys financial strategy
including longterm financial planning investment analysis and risk management. Align
financial management with the companys strategic goals.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and regular financial
forecasting providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance
and investment.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning ensuring sufficient liquidity for
operational needs and strategic investments. Manage relationships with financial
institutions and oversee transactions.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual
financial reports. Conduct variance analysis and financial modeling to support
decisionmaking.
Ecommerce & Digital Wallet Oversight: Provide financial oversight and strategic insights
for ecommerce operations and digital wallet integrations including revenue
optimization cost management and compliance.
Inventory Management: Develop and manage financial strategies for inventory control
and optimization aligning with sales and supply chain operations.
Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal
policies. Implement effective financial controls and procedures.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate financial performance and strategy to
stakeholders including senior management board members and investors.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop the finance team fostering a culture of
high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or professional
certification (e.g. CPA CMA) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management within the tech industry with
specific expertise in ecommerce inventory management and digital payment solutions.
Strong understanding of financial regulations accounting principles and tax laws.
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ecommerce
platforms and digital wallet technologies is a plus.
Exceptional analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
