Job title: Finance Manager
Location : Chennai
Qualification required: CA

PROJECT ACCOUNTING:
- To work with Marketing project management for tracking accounting of the project cost..
- To support for the project cost estimates review.
- To support for the project cash flow preparation.
- To track the BG and LC requirement of project vendors.
- To assist for accounting the cost during the progress of the project and provide timely inputs to the management PoC revenue recognition
- To work with production and procurement for tracking the manufacturing cost.
- To coordinate with all department for building records and meeting the audit requirement
- To regularly update the ERP for project cost tracking. (project module)
BUDGETING & FORECASTING
- To collect details from all departments and assist in preparation of annual budget
- To keep records for preparation of budget
- To assist in preparing monthly forecast files by coordination with all department
- To assist in variance analysis between budget vs. actual
- To assist in variance analysis between forecast vs. actual.
- To maintain documents for audit purpose.
- Monthly closing and reporting
- Coordinating Monthly accounts closing and reporting to HQ
- Annual Financials preparation
