Finance Manager

1. Accounting: Prepare financial statements in accordance with IND AS/ US GAAP principles
2. Bookkeeping: Manage the monthly financial book closing process including ensuring all revenue and expenses are properly recorded reviewing journal entries and account balance reconciliations.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting process and monitoring performance by preparing variance analysis reports.
4. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on financial regulations accounting standards GST TDS Income Tax and labour laws and ensure timely compliance concerning payments and filings.
5. Audit Management: Conduct internal audits to assess financial operations as well as communicate with external auditors for annual filing.
6. MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior leadership highlighting critical financial insights and performance indicators.
7. Systems and Software Management: Develop and manage financial systems and accounting software.

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
2. Experience: Proven track record in financial reporting taxation and auditing practices. Experience in a Saas company is an added advantage.
3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Tally ERP Excel etc.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
5. Communication: Clear communication of complex financial information
