Job Summary:
Our client a Group of companies with investments in healthcare medical diagnostics water treatment and analysis and procurement & supply of medical equipment/consumables seeks an experienced and passionate Finance Manager! Do you have a proven track record of leading dynamic finance teams and driving strategic growth within the healthcare sector Are you passionate about making a difference in peoples lives through exceptional financial management If so then our client desires your services as the Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations including:
- Financial planning and analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Management reporting and analysis
- Treasury management
- Internal controls and compliance
- Leading and developing a highperforming Finance teams
- You will be a critical member of our senior management team providing strategic financial insights and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN) with at least 3 5 years of experience in a finance role preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors would be an added advantage.
- A proven track record of leading and motivating highperforming finance teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A passionate and resultsoriented individual with a genuine commitment to the healthcare industry.
Benefits
Remuneration: NGN 500000 Monthly Net
