Collaborate with cuttingedge technology and seamless integration to craft immersive platforms using virtual and augmented reality.

Tasks

  • Support and advise Manufacturing Stakeholders in developing consistent and robust financial plans (budget latest estimate mediumterm sales/revenue/cost/investment planning)
  • Responsible for daytoday financial operations throughout the Manufacturing lifecycle
  • Manage accounting and payment processes in collaboration with Shared Service Center functions in Slovenia and US counterparts from our Holding
  • Consolidate budget and support forecast cycles
  • Manage daily cash operations
  • Responsible for financial reports for Swiss and Dutch legal entities
  • Ensure financial reporting of supervised areas and compliance with overarching financial guidelines and standards
  • Establish controlling instruments and reporting structures to support future business growth
  • Understand translate and drive issues and complex questions as a link between Manufacturing Sites in the Netherlands and Switzerland and Finance
  • Define implement and interpret standard reporting and KPIs as a basis for meaningful decisionmaking
  • Standardize develop and analyze business cases in collaboration with the Business
  • Conduct adhoc analyses to assess financial matters and implement corresponding recommendations in collaboration with Swiss and Dutch Manufacturing Site Management Teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance Business or related field
  • Strong experience in IFRS OR and Swiss/US GAAP FER are mandatory
  • Experience in StartUp or SME scaleup companies is a big benefit
  • Rich experience in a regional manufacturing environment is seen as key
  • Fluent language skills in English and German; additionally Dutch would be a great plus
  • Broad finance experience including financial analysis financial modeling forecasting budgeting reporting and manufacturing costing including a good understanding of forecast and close cycles and deliverables
  • Understanding of financial drivers and their impact within a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process including interdependency of sales output inventory
  • Experience in leading and developing crosscultural teams
  • Strong knowledge about relevant ERP systems and IT solutions such as Oracle or SAP and have a general understanding of value flow options and the restrictions in establishing those
  • Ability to manage tradeoffs between conflicting interests manage a network of process experts and focus on the global big picture
