As a Finance and Accounting Specialist you will take on a crucial role encompassing various responsibilities in accounts payable accounts receivable compliance inventory reconciliations and analysis.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  
• Previous experience in finance including accounts payable and receivable.
  
• Solid understanding of sales and use tax regulations and compliance or high aptitude and willingness to learn.
  
• Proficiency in Netsuite.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to learn new technologies and work independently when required.
  

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Review and process incoming invoices accurately and oversee timely payments.
  
• Process expense reports and reimbursements efficiently.
  
• Invoice customers (sponsors) promptly and follow up on payments as required.
  

Online Account Management:

• Manage online accounts to ensure adequate funds are available and requesting payments as needed.
  
• Download and organize reports to support financial reporting including monthend close processes.
  

Compliance tax and trend analysis:

• Monitor spending patterns and prepare reports for management.
  
• Provide recommendations for costsaving measures.
  
• Research applicable sales tax rates and business permit requirements by jurisdiction.
  
• Prepare and file local sales tax returns in adherence to U.S. tax regulations.
  
• Other finance and accounting support as required.
