We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Finance Administrator on a 12Month FTC.
Role Duties Include:
- Oversight of firm bank reconciliation on a daily basis
- Reporting any issues arising to department lead / Client Asset Oversight
- Reporting of all open/aged reconciliations to management
- Ensuring timely processing and follow up of queries by all settlement related teams
- Point of contact with all internal / external auditors and regulators related to firm accounts
Requirements
- Experience in the financial services sector; Reconciliations Treasury or Accounts Payable preferable
- Sound experience in reconciliations
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Confidence in dealing with peers and other teams
- Problem solving skills accuracy and attention to detail
