Role & Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance: Install troubleshoot repair and maintain various types of equipment or machinery at customer sites.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers both remotely and onsite guiding them through troubleshooting procedures and resolving technical issues.
Customer Interaction: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.
Training: Train customers on the proper usage and maintenance of equipment to enhance their understanding and minimize future issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of service activities including service reports equipment logs and customer communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales engineering and product development to communicate customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that service activities adhere to quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues utilizing problemsolving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Oncall Support: Provide oncall support as needed to address urgent customer issues outside regular working hours.
Equipment Upgrades: Assist in the implementation of equipment upgrades and enhancements as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge in the relevant field with proficiency in troubleshooting and problemsolving.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
Experience: Previous experience in a field service or technical support role is preferred.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work environments and travel frequently to customer locations.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Customer Focus: Customeroriented with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage service schedules documentation and prioritize tasks effectively.
Analytical Thinking: Analytical mindset to assess technical issues and implement solutions.
