Tasks
Among Your Responsibilities
- The starting point would be general DCS system preventive maintenance tasks with experienced engineers. Later, focus to grow to become a DCS Field Service Specialist.
- System troubleshooting, preventative & corrective maintenance, system configuration & implementation, hardware and software upgrades, power-on support, schematic support, point building, consulting and application programming.
- Supporting the Service Team and growing Southern Finland installed base.
- Responding to emergency calls and resolving them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contract customer expectations and requirements, 7/24 standby rotation every 4th week is required. Response time to be at the customer site is 2 hours.
- Coordinating with and communicating together with Senior Engineers and customers.
- Strict alignment to Honeywell and client health and safety program requirements.
- Responding to emergency calls and resolving them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contract customer expectations and requirements, a 7/24 standby rotation every 4th week is required. Response time to be at the customer site is 2 hours.
Requirements
- You may have some experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer-based process control systems, or you can be a fresh graduate ready to take the first step in your career.
- You truly enjoy spending time in front of your laptop, and you have great computer skills - you may know how to program, and have an idea of virtualization, networks, Cyber, and IIOT. Tell us more about your university courses or your tech hobbies!
- You are able to accurately document designs and work performed - for instance, you have done this in some university/technical school projects.
- You feel excited to speak directly with your customers and you understand that your job can make a difference.
- You are fluent in Finnish and English - no matter what, your written/verbal communication and social skills always influence your partners positively. You have a positive attitude and are interested in learning and developing your skills.
