This is a field sales role for a pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities include
- Meeting customers as per standard routes & customer list as per defined frequency and detail/explain companys product range as trained by organization
- Engaging customers and retailers in sales promotion campaigns as defined by organization
- Achieving sales target on monthly basis
- Collect orders & inventory reports from assigned distributors.
- Report submissions on daily basis as per organization policies including daily work sales campaigns etc
- Manage & ensure safety of tools & promotional materials provided by the company
- Attending online & offline training programs organized by organization to improve product knowledge interpersonal skills and selling skills
