Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and diligent Field Officer with a proven track record of 35 years in the facility and security industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of security and facility management operations in the Pune/Mumbai region.
Responsibilities:
- Security Operations:
- Supervise and coordinate security activities to safeguard the organizations assets personnel and premises.
- Implement and enforce security protocols including access control surveillance and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance overall security measures.
- Facility Management:
- Manage daytoday facility operations including maintenance repairs and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the facilities.
- Oversee facility inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of security and facility staff providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the team.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to address security and facilityrelated concerns.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on security incidents facility maintenance and operational activities.
- Maintain clear and concise communication channels to ensure effective information flow.
- Emergency Response:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to handle crises effectively.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in the facility and security industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols emergency response and facility management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
