- Preparing field work plans for the project
- Coordination of project activities according to the specified time frame.
- Administrative follow-up to the work team in the sessions and within the activities in the different regions.
- Constant contact with the work team and checking the availability of the required equipment to complete the various sessions and activities.
- Periodic visits to the activities to verify that the tasks are carried out with the required number and quality.
