We are currently seeking a dynamic and detailoriented individual to join our client s team as a Field Auditor. As a Field Auditor you will play a vital role in recording inventory sales prices and product sales across a group of retail stores. This position involves traveling between various stores to carry out the aforementioned processes and includes the recruitment of new partner stores. If you are enthusiastic about conducting field audits and possess strong organizational skills we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:

Conduct field audits to accurately record inventory levels sales prices and product sales in designated retail stores;

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and pricing strategies;

Identify discrepancies or irregularities in inventory counts and sales records and report findings to management;

Collaborate with store managers to resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies or pricing discrepancies promptly;

Recruit and establish partnerships with new retail stores to expand the network of audited locations;

Maintain detailed and accurate records of audit findings including inventory counts pricing data and sales reports;

Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively to management and relevant stakeholders;

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while conducting field audits.



Requirements

Availability for fieldwork and travel within the county;

Proficiency in PC operations including data entry and basic software applications;

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording inventory and sales data;

Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet audit deadlines effectively;

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established guidelines;

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store managers and team members;

Prior experience in retail auditing or inventory management is preferred but not required;

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel between store locations.
