Field Application Engineer EMC

A leading global innovator and manufacturer of passive and active electronic components active electronic components, is looking for a Field Application Engineer EMC (f/m) to strengthen and develop the organisation in Mendrisio or Lucerne.

Tasks

• Technical contact person for our customers and our sales team
• Technical responsibility from conception to commissioning at the customer's site in the field of EMC solutions
• Preparation of quotations taking into account technical and commercial aspects
• Creation of system and implementation concepts
• Market and competition analyses, especially in the field of EMC systems

Requirements

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, physics, computer science or similar
• Professional experience in the field of EMC system design/system development (desirable)
• In-depth knowledge of EMC norms and standards
• Customer orientation, negotiation skills and strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, high target and result orientation
• Familiarity with automotive and quality analysis tools is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German and English, Italian is an advantage
