Female Front Office Receptionist Vellore Tamilnadu
Job Requirements The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry.This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result they will also be overseeing specific personnel. Roles and Responsibilities: A front office executive is responsible for attending the incoming calls responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department Scheduling the appointments at the correct time and with the correct doctor Listening to clients and communicating in a positive and confident manner with those over the phone or clients in the reception area Handling billing and detailing client invoices Collecting payment to ensure the practice turns a profit so everyone gets paid Copying faxing and emailing documents between clinics hospitals and patients Ensure availability of treatment needed for the patient and file and retrieve patient records. Coordinate with operations team for assisting the patients need. Being pleasant and approachable They make appropriate and timely scheduled appointments of patients with correct doctors. The staff must have time management skills as patients dont like to wait unnecessarily for doctors consultation. Reaching out to patients about their appointments and doing regular followup phone calls is also a key role of front office staff. This is a very important gesture that makes an institute stand out in terms of reputation. Help distressed and anxious patients and respond to emergencies. Screening of patient information and insurance eligibility to avoid claim rejections & denials. Front office staff must be reliable in terms of flexibility and adaptation according to new situations. There is a whole lot more that goes into making a hospital a great place to work and even better place for clients to visit and ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently from the moment the doors open. Neat and professional appearance as it maintains professionalism Disciplined and Punctual Speak multiple languages especially in the regional language where the hospital or healthcare institute is based Strong interpersonal skills working with the team and getting along with a variety of different people Multitasking capabilities and organizational abilities Work Experience Educational Qualification: MBA / MHA / MHM Experience: upto 5 years Candidate must have good communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skill Customer oriented approach Must need adhere grooming standards of the organizations. Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.) Organized
