ROLE: Facility Manager (Technical /Soft)
SALARY: Upto 80K Inhand PF Insurance Mediclaim Bonus
LOCATION: Pune Magarpatta
Qualification: B. Tech Electrical / Diploma
Experience: 510 years exp as a Facility Manager handling a team on 100150 members
Objective of the Job
To manage all the site services and to comply with the agreed objectives and standards and to
develop a teamwork philosophy with the Client
Deploy team resources in most effective & safe manner to achieve the agreed service levels and
objectives
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulating process as per the business requirements.
Time to time P&L reviews as per the minimum wages notifications.
Having regular meetings with the clients to understand the challenges at the sites.
Ensure that the profitability is meeting with the budgets.
Strives to have a continuous improvement to achieve smooth operations at the sites.
Experienced in managing administration & facility management including Operation &
Maintenance Facility Management Technical Housekeeping Procurement Vendor Management
Cafeteria Management Asset Management Seat Allocation Gym Management employee
grievance s etc.; demonstrated abilities in working on initiatives thereby bringing down facilities
breakdown & achieving annual costs savings.
Handling the preparation of annual reports & MIS with vendors and companies for various assets.
Exposure in managing general administrative activities like back office operations out sourced annual
service contracts in compliance to statutory requirements.
Budgeting MIS and Assets management.
Coordinating with different departments of the company for smooth functionality.
A keen communicator with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the
organization.
Preferred Skills
Should be B.E (Electrical) Degree holder OR diploma degree with 5 years of work experience Facility management in commercial property or Hospitality.
Should possess an eye for detail
The person needs to have excellent communication skills experience in working with a very young and
demanding set of employees having the ability to navigate in unknown circumstances and situations
and needs to connect well with the employees. A very smart energetic person who is capable of
taking initiative and decisions when needed.
