Job Description

The notforprofit Christian organization in Lekki requires the services of a qualified and experienced Facility Management (FM) Coordinator. The desired person will work in the Facility Management Department of the Church and will coordinate all activities geared towards ensuring the integrity of facilities and equipment within the Church premises. The ideal candidate should be highly organized experienced in crosscultural people management with strong FM technical skills and excellent work ethics.



Responsibilities:
  • Track and provide routine reports on power consumption diesel utilization water use etc and strive to minimize costs
  • Plan and coordinate all installations (HVAC electricity etc.) and refurbishments
  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspect buildings and equipment to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Supervise all facilities staff (technicians janitors gardeners etc.).
  • Coordinate activities like parking space allocation waste disposal building security etc
  • Ensure that the entire Church facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
  • Maintain and regularly report stock levels and parts within budget
  • Maintain ongoing communication with contractors vendors and other Church teams.




Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree or HND in any core Engineering discipline.
  • 5 years experience in similar position
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint and Excel) Corel draw Microsoft Office 365 etc.
  • At least five years work experience in a related capacity.
  • Prior experience coordinating facility management responsibilities.
  • Must be a wellorganized detail and customer (internal and external) oriented person
  • Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership supervisory and interpersonal relationship skills.


Benefits

Remuneration: NGN 250000 monthly net N300000 monthly net plus HMO 13 month allowance
