Experienced Educational Counsellor Female

Job Brief:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Counsellor for Aviation Institute. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing admission counsdelling The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills empathy and a deep understanding of student counselling and admission closure.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide individual and group admission counselling sessions (online/offline) to students addressing academic personal and career concerns.
2. Assist students in setting academic and career goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them.
3. Assist students in researching and applying for admissions scholarships fees and loans.
4. Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions.
5. Participate in professional development activities to enhance counselling skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.
6. Uphold ethical and confidentiality standards in accordance with professional counselling guidelines.

Skills Required:

1. Bachelors degree in any stream.
2. Previous experience in counselling advising or related field preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students parents and colleagues.
4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Hindi and English.
5. Empathy and sensitivity to diverse student populations and their unique needs.
6. Familiarity with counseling techniques assessment tools and intervention strategies.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
