Executive Sous Chef needed for high volume, upscale restaurant with event space.

We seek an experienced Executive Sous Chef with high volume, upscale a la carte, and banquet experience.Founded in California, we have restaurants from coast to coast.

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• All back of house functions, including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
• Create memorable dining experiences
• Help lead the culinary team to excellence

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Highly talented, professional, creative, and smart
• Vibrant, take chargechef who wants to make an impact on the region's culinary scene
• At least three years experience as a multi-outletSous Chef with high volume experience of at least $6M
• Experience with simultaneousa la carte dining and banquets
• Multi-outlet experiencerequired
• Hard-worker
• Independent self-starter
• Great personality
• Possess a strong desire to make an impact

Executive Sous Chef Compensation:

• Base salary in the $75,000 to $85,000 rangeplus excellent benefits
